Happy First Day of School!

Every September parents all over, celebrate their children's' first day of school with a photo. Whether it's their very first day ever or returning for the new school year, for a few days social media is awash with #firstdayofschool posts. Even before the days of sharing these moments online, many of us have memories of our parents getting out the camera and taking a few precious photos on the doorstep, as we proudly posed with our new bags and shiny shoes. It was that one moment to preserve the memory of a fresh school uniform and a smile before the school run before the year got underway. We know how special this important milestone is in both a parent and child's life and that is why we have enjoyed so much, creating our new Sparks and Daughters Back to School Collection.

The new collection features organic cotton backpacks, other cotton accessories, pencil cases, water bottles and rainy day kit bags. Each item comes in four different personalised designs. Illustrations have been handpainted by our very own @mummasparks and were inspired by both her love of woodland animals and the Somerset Countryside.

You can choose to buy individual items for your child, or if you're looking for a truly unique gift to celebrate their first day of school you can mix and match a number of different items to create your own gift hamper!

My Name Collection

The My Name collection brings simplicity and beautiful personalisation. With your child's name printed clearly on the front, they will be able to easily locate their belongings in the cloakroom.

Floral Wreath Collection

With its beautiful splash of colour, the floral wreath is a cheery and bright design, even on the darker days of the winter term. Personalise this design with your child's name inside the wreath.

Floral Bunny Collection

The Floral bunny is so lifelike, it's almost as if you can see her little nose twitching! Personalisation is added along the bottom in our pretty font.

Finley Fox Collection

Finley Fox is our most recent design and was named by one of our Sparks and Daughters Mum's Hub members. His fur is so detailed, making him look fluffy and soft and his cheeky grin is adorable! Like the Floral Bunny, personalisation is added along the bottom in our pretty font
